Despite the time of day to birdwatch, I still had a great time. Stan was super knowledgeable and imparted some great information. 
We saw quite a few birds I'd never seen before. A perfect way to spend the afternoon in Saskatoon. 
Just a shame we didn't have time to go birdwatching the following day looking for Whooping Cranes.
